For over 13 years New Hope Grief Support Community has been serving grieving children and families in both L.A. & Orange County. Grief and loss are inevitable visitors into everyone’s life and without help many people cannot recover.  New Hope helps grieving people to discover their new normal after a loved one dies.  Our programs show that sharing experiences and feelings in a safe environment free of judgement and with proper guidance can lead people to understanding and healing.

New Hope does not receive any federal, state or local government funding. New Hope is dependent on support from the communities we serve and the endless generosity and talents of over 100 volunteers. Our sources of revenue are annual fundraising events, private grants and, most importantly, pledges obtained during our annual Community Support Campaign. Each member of our Board of Directors, our staff, and donors like you  assure the robust fulfillment of our mission. We believe that no one should have to grieve alone, and your pledge of support makes that possible!
